Meeting Agendas will be posted per The Brown Act requirements 72 hours prior to each meeting. Meeting Notices and Agendas are posted at 5 separate designated locations. The 5 separate designated locations are:

• Fields Market, 23221 Saticoy St.
• West Valley Christian Church School, 22450 Sherman Way
• Shomrei Torah Synagogue, 7353 Valley Circle Blvd.

Meeting notification dates and times are also published in the first section of the Los Angeles Daily News, as well as here on our website. Budget limitations prevent us from mailing notification for each meeting to West Hills stakeholders, however notification is also emailed to all those on our email list.
