BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The business of the West Hills Neighborhood Council is conducted by a Board of Directors. The
BOARD OF DIRECTORS is composed of twenty-five volunteer Stakeholders as defined in Article III
of the WHNC Bylaws, and serve for a period of four years or until the Director’s successor is elected
and qualifies. The terms of the directors are staggered such that approximately one-half of the
directors can be elected every other year.
