October 28, 2011 - At the Special Meeting held on October 26, 2011 the proposed new bylaws were passed. There were some minor revisions to them. Both proposed amendments were accepted, with a few changes.The new bylaws will be available on this web page soon.
September 7, 2011: At the WHNC Board meeting on September 7, 2011 the WHNC proposed new bylaws were officially read. Copies were made available at the meeting. To print a copy of your own please click here.

There are two proposed amendments to the proposed new bylaws.
- The first one has to do with a change in creating a monthly agenda for the board. It may be
viewed here.
- The second proposed amendment contains many technical corrections and a change to Article
VII, Section 3, page 8 of the proposed new bylaws, having to do with Committee management.
