
WHNC meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month.
The West Hills Neighborhood Council meets at Chaminade Preparatory School Auditorium, 23260 Saticoy Street in West Hills, CA 91304 (Across from the West Hills/Fields Market Shopping Center).
Stakeholders are invited to attend these informative meetings and to express their opinions on matters of concern. There is "Public Comment" period at each of the meetings. If you would like to speak be sure to fill out a speakers form, which is available on the front table, and submit it to the Executive Director before the meeting begins.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for general discussion amongst board members and Stakeholders. The meeting formally begins at 7:00 p.m. All Neighborhood Councils are operated under the requirements of The Brown Act
How to request to be on the Agenda
Please download this WHNC Request for Support Submission Form (MS Word document), complete with as much detail and background information to the WHNC Board as possible, and return by email at least 3 weeks in advance of the meeting you wish to have your issue presented. Please submit by email as early as possible to mail@westhillsnc.org to request to be included on a meeting agenda.
Are you interested in filling a vacant WHNC Board Seat?
If you are interested in serving on the WHNC Board as an appointment to fill any vacant board seats, please download the WHNC Application for Consideration and submit it to Michelle.Ritchie@westhillsnc.org.
Public comments are allowed if you fill out a speaker card before the start of the meeting. Stakeholders are given 2 minutes to address the Board with comments relevant to items listed on the agenda.
