2021 West Hills NC Election: THE 2021 NC Elections will be entirely Vote-By-Mail
The Office of the City Clerk will hold an election to fill 13 of the 25 seats on the West Hills Neighborhood Council Board of Directors.
Important Dates for the West Hills 2021 NC Election:
Candidate Filing Period Opens -- January 2
Candidate Filing Period Closes -- February 16
Mail-in-ballot Opens-- March 5
Mail-in-ballot Request Period Closes -- April 27
Election Day -- May 4
Deadline to Return Mail-in-Ballots (must be postmarked by May 5 and received by May 7) -- May 7
