Neighbors - The West Hills Neighborhood Council has been informed by both the Office of LA City Councilmember Mitch Englander (12th District) and the Department of Recreation & Parks that the wrought-iron fence that has surrounded Lazy J. Ranch Park since its inception is rusted and deteriorated beyond repair and thus will be removed in the near future. Councilmember Englander's Office has asked the West Hills Neighborhood Council to weigh in on the community's opinion concerning what, if anything, should replace the current wrought-iron fence around this popular West Hills park.
