NCs collaborate to present Measure S Town Hall

The West Hills Neighborhood Council collaborated with the Neighborhood Councils of Woodland Hills-Warner Center and Canoga Park in presenting a Measure S Town Hall on Feb. 7 at El Camino Real Charter High School. The well-attended forum was the only opportunity for residents of the Western San Fernando Valley to hear a vigorous debate on the controversial planning measure from experts on both sides of the issue.
