                              5 TH Annual Halloween Houses on Display

1. Allowing for appropriate community viewing, displays must be consistent and available for community viewing from October 23 through October 31.

2. All home addresses for public viewing must have the home owner’s permission to publish via the Home Owner Waiver form provided by the WHNC Event Organizers.

          JUDGING GUIDELINES

3. All Judged décor must be on the exterior of the house, and either visible from the street and sidewalk, or consist of a walk-through experience.

4. Only immediate members of the decorated residence may be part of the presentation to be judged.

5. Displays at homes where WHNC board members reside are not eligible to be judged.
