Sandi Bell

I am a founding member of the WHNC. I have been a registered nurse and Valley resident for over 40 years. I have taught nursing at local colleges, am a published medical researcher, worked at several medical centers and have been a long time ethics committee member and ethics consultant. I have served on many WHNC committees and am the current Chair of the Public Health committee. I strongly advocate for keeping West Hills a pleasant place to live and making the interests of our stakeholders known to our elected officialsI am a founding member of the WHNC.
