Bill Rose

I have been an active board member since the inception of the council and have been the Chair and Co-chair of the Zoning and Planning Committee since the beginning. I am a licensed Engineering and Building Contractor and Land Surveyor and an active Realtor in the area since 1983. I have lived in the community since 1988 and my children have all attended and graduated in the local schools. I would like to continue to serve the West Hills Community.
