On March 28, 2025 Councilmember John Lee introduced a Resolution opposing SB 79 that further undermines local governance, bypasses the local decision-making processes, and imposes unintended burdens on communities.

*Woodlake Apts (Circle S Ranch Property)-February 27, 2025 Hearing-Special thank you to Councilmember John Lee for his letter against the project. The Commission voted to deny the appeal and issued a Letter of Determination, however, there are still more permit application submissions to departments for approvals.
