September is Pedestrian Safety Month!
Does the pedestrian always have the right of way? Can you cross the street mid block? Come learn the answer to these and other fascinating rules of the road at Topanga's next CPAB meeting on Wed Sept 5th, 2018, 6:30-7:30pm at Topanga station. Officer Troy Williams, a Department traffic expert will educate and entertain you. Whether you walk or drive to the meeting you will come away with valuable information!
