Please go to the Zoning & Planning Committee page for more information on the following:
*Malibu Wines We were recently informed that they have requested a modification of their original application and asking for a 20% increase in occupancy plus an extension of operating hours. WHNC requested mail notifications be sent to residents within 300-500 feet of the site. Malibu Wines is tentatively scheduled to be on the October 14 Zoning & Planning Committee meeting Agenda.
*Starbucks 24-Hr Drive Thru Coffee Shop We unexpectedly received notification this project is ready to be considered by the City Zoning Hearing Officer on September 9, same day as our Zoning & Planning Committee meeting. We requested the hearing be postponed to ensure neighbors receive hearing notifications and sufficient time to respond. WHNC would like to submit a determination letter to City Planning.
